We are looking for a highly experienced VP with strong experience in managing a transport division in buses & coaches to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

Managing the Transport Division of a large fleet of over 1,000 Diesel buses and coaches including maintenance and running, large contracts with Saudi ministries and corporate clients.

The GM will translate the company vision through the successful delivery of targets undertaken in line with strategic objectives, an effective running of current operations, development of competent leadership and management of a multifunctional team that is goal driven and customer focused.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in developing the overall vision, mission and strategic direction in line with corporate strategy
• Develop the short term business plan
• Review and recommend the annual budget and manpower plan
• Responsible for the overall profitability
• Improve asset profitability
• Ensure perfect maintenance and running of all transportation including servicing and repairs
• Assume a full responsibility of day-to-day operational decisions
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of all reports and data required by the BOD
• Ensure opportunities to raise the business performance repudiation, are identified and fully capitalized on
• Establish and periodically analyze Key Performance Indicators and continually monitor performance against the agreed targets
• Ensure continuous development and improvement of business processes to ensure optimal use of available resources
• Ensure the implementation of policies, procedures and internal controls as set out by the Corporate

We are looking for a highly experienced GM with an excellent success track record to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

Heading up 2 of the leading luxury car brands for Saudi Arabia managing all aspects of the brands from Sales to Corporate Sales, Financing to Leasing, Parts and Servicing etc

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• 10 years experience in a managerial position

• A preference given to candidates with current experience internationally and in the Middle East

• Fluent English communication skills

BENEFITS

• Salary should be used as a guide only and will depend on experience levels and interview performance
• As a guide, up to 50-60k SAR per month ($160k - $190k USD per annum) salary

Description:
The Internal Controls Specialist is responsible for analyzing & evaluating current internal controls & establishing and creating new more effective internal controls. This role will involve testing controls, documents current processes and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
The Internal Controls Specialist will have the following
responsibilities:
- Develop Internal Controls& accounting regulations.
- Monitor changes to Corporate Compliance regulatory policies and ensure local procedures are updated to reflect current requirements.
- Ensure adequate controls to support accounting regulatory compliance by evaluating the company policies.
- Prepare detailed audit plans & programs that explain the extent of the work to be performed for operational and financial audits, the audit program that will be applied and the frequency of the audit reports that will be submitted.
- Identify and document areas of potential control weaknesses in different departments in order to mitigate risk within the organization.
- Identify inefficiencies & security issues & propose solutions to these issues.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Financial Objectives
Responsible for the Medical P&L in his country

3) Implements promotional strategy in alignment with Company guidelines

4) Maintains & develops Key Opinion Leaders

6) Coordination between the company and Distributor
Ensures efficient coordination with Distributor’s logistics financial and regulatory departments:
.Supports the creation by the Distributor of a high quality “customer service” supplying doctors within a competitive lead time (especially for breast implants)
.Monitors products supply by managing local stock levels, demand forecasts, order processing, price changes and payments.
.Coordinate investments invoices between the company and the Distributor
.Supports regulatory process and timelines between the company Regulatory Affairs & Distributor.

PRINCIPAL CHALLENGES
• Achieves challenging growth targets by managing a team of pharmaceutical and devices Medical Representatives.
