Job Scope: The MENA Marketing Associate is responsible for building and bringing marketing campaigns to life in the MENA region by utilizing lead generation, event marketing, social media, and email marketing skills. + Work with the Global Communications, Marketing, and Events team to manage, execute and optimize marketing campaigns, including but not limited to community engagement and lead generation through events and digital marketing.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support regional marketing initiatives. This will include on the ground support for our team in Riyadh, as well as our team across the UAE and Egypt.
+ Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of digital and event marketing campaigns, on time and within budget by collaborating with external agencies.
+ Work with the team to draft and edit compelling narratives aligned with regional tone as well as global brand voice for social media campaigns and media communications.
+ Cultivate and maintain relationships with members of the local ecosystem, including stakeholders, media, and influencers.
+ Execute on-site events with our MENA community manager.
+ Other duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
+ Experience: 2+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing campaigns or a related role. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
+ Strong writing and proofreading skills.
+ Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
+ Experience working with various channel tools such as HubSpot, Sprout Social and Google Analytics.
+ Great attention to detail.
