Networking and relationship building with interior designers, architects, property managers.
Following up with leasing companies of newly built malls to get to the high end brand who needs a fit-out contractor for their new shops.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is essential.
Excellent communication and team working skills are highly valued.
