MS Dynamics ERP HR Technical Consultant

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dynamics ERP HR Technical consultant.
• Experience implementing Dynamics ERP HR in at least 2 full-cycle projects.
• Deep understanding of core HR modules like payroll, benefits, employee self-service, talent management, performance management, etc., specifically within the context of a banking environment.
• Experience configuring and implementing Dynamics ERP HR for compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations, including social insurance requirements and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development directives.
• Experience integrating Dynamics ERP HR with other internal & external systems.
• Expertise in specific HR processes relevant to banks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of successful implementations and satisfied clients ideally within the banking sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in Managing client communication and delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, including managing client expectations, foreseeing risks and reporting them
• Writing Technical specifications.
