Office Services Assistant (Housekeeper)

As an Office Services Assistant, your primary responsibility is to ensure the office is fully equipped, cleaned and maintained throughout the day.

In this role, you will:

•   Secure and organise materials and household supply cabinets.
•   Clean workspaces, common areas, offices, hallways, and washrooms
•   Sweep, mop, and buff hardwood floors as required.
•   Vacuum carpeted areas and furniture
• Dust and polish various surfaces.
•   Restock washrooms with supplies. Empty trash bins
• Keep track of the cleaning schedule
• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
•  Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
•  Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Weekly cleaning of the whole office
• Monthly deep cleaning of the office
