About the job operations specialist

We are currently seeking a qualified and dynamic individual to join our team as an Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong computer proficiency, a presentable demeanor, SAP experience, a background in Cisco systems.


Key Requirements:


  1. Excellent English Communication Skills:
    • Proficient in both spoken and written English to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners.
  2. Computer Skills:
    • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
    • Ability to adapt to new technologies and software tools.
  3. Presentable:
    • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing the organization positively.
  4. SAP Experience:
    • Hands-on experience with SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) software.
    • Ability to utilize SAP for operational tasks and data management.
  5. Cisco Background:
    • Background and familiarity with Cisco systems and networking technologies.
    • Previous experience working with Cisco products and solutions is highly desirable.
  6. Budget Management:
    • Experience in budget management and financial tracking.

Responsibilities:


  1. Operational Support:
    • Provide crucial support in day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with different departments to streamline operational processes.
  2. Communication:
    • Facilitate clear communication within the operations team and with other departments.
  3. SAP Management:
    • Utilize SAP software for operational tasks, including data entry, tracking, and reporting.
    • Ensure accurate and timely information retrieval from the SAP system.
  4. Cisco System Support:
    • Support operational tasks related to Cisco systems and networking technologies.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to address operational challenges.
  5. Budget Oversight:
    • Manage and monitor operational expenses within the assigned budget of SAR 10,000.
    • Provide regular reports on budget status and recommend cost-saving measures.
  6. Problem Solving:
    • Proactively identify operational challenges and implement solutions in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational issues.
