Providing the DCEO with a visibility over the performance of the projects associated with the different functions under the DCEO
Utilizing project management tools such as Asana
Tracking of progress of improvement opportunities that were identified from the previous project for Business Activation and process assessment
Assessing progress reports from the Business Activation leadership along with identifying additional improvement opportunities
Knowledge transfer including templates, processes, policies and workshops for any handover, if required. The resources are to use NEOM issued laptops
