Work with a team of FM Consultants supporting a client on the operational readiness of their new HQ, 70-storey building.

• Play a critical role alongside the execution team to deliver the various FM consultancy tasks:
• Operational design reviews inc. workshops with design consultants
• Define spatial requirements
• Conduct client stakeholders interviews and report on outcomes
• Interpret the design to define FM requirements
• Propose and assess FM operating models inc. SWOT analysis, defining operating model evaluation criteria, scoring matrix etc.
• Update workplan based on deliverables timelines and align with billing schedule
• Write up strategy reports under the guidance of the senior consultant
