As a Projects Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various construction projects. Your role involves managing project resources, budgets, and schedules, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and maintaining effective communication with clients and project teams. With your expertise in project management and engineering, you will contribute to the successful completion of construction projects while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

• Develop project plans, goals, schedules, and deliverables.
• Efficiently allocate and manage projects resources.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Lead and motivate project teams.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain regular communication with clients.
• Review and manage project contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and permits.
• Prioritize and enforce safety measures.
• Proactively resolve project issues.

We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Professional engineering license or certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in project management within the construction or civil engineering industry, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management skills, including the use of project management software.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with relevant construction codes, regulations, and industry standards.
