We are seeking a highly experienced Risk Administrator with a minimum of 10 years of expertise in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with diverse projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for PMC projects, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure thorough risk identification at various project phases.
  • Analyze the impact and likelihood of identified risks on project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop risk models and simulations to assess potential outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of identified risks.
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to integrate risk mitigation into project plans.
  • Establish a robust risk monitoring system, regularly reviewing and updating risk registers.
  • Monitor project activities to identify emerging risks and changing risk profiles.
  • Engage with project stakeholders to gather insights on potential risks and opportunities.
  • Facilitate risk workshops and discussions with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular risk reports for project management and clients, highlighting key risk indicators and trends.
  • Communicate risk status and mitigation progress to relevant stakeholders.
  • Document and analyze lessons learned from past projects to improve risk management processes.
  • Integrate lessons learned into current and future project risk assessments.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, risk management methodologies, and emerging trends.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of risk management processes.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Risk Administrator in PMC projects.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Professional certifications in risk management or related fields.
  • Experience in managing risks for PMC projects within the Middle East region.
