JASARA PMC, a leading program management company in the civil engineering industry, is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Risk Manager to join their team. As a Risk Manager at JASARA PMC, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with the company's programs and projects. Your expertise in risk management will contribute to the successful delivery of complex infrastructure programs in line with Vision 2030.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a risk management framework for the company's programs and projects. Identify and assess risks throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement risk mitigation plans. Monitor and evaluate risks, providing recommendations for appropriate actions. Prepare risk management reports and communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging risk management trends.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Risk Manager, preferably in the civil engineering or construction industry. Strong knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in risk management software and tools. Relevant certifications in risk management are preferred.* Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
