We are looking for a highly experienced GM with an excellent success track record to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

Heading up 2 of the leading luxury car brands for Saudi Arabia managing all aspects of the brands from Sales to Corporate Sales, Financing to Leasing, Parts and Servicing etc

The GM will translate the company vision through the successful delivery of targets undertaken in line with strategic objectives, an effective running of current operations, development of competent leadership and management of a multifunctional team that is goal driven and customer focused.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in developing the overall vision, mission and strategic direction in line with corporate strategy
• Develop the short term business plan and submit for approval
• Review and recommend the annual budget and manpower plan
• Responsible for the overall profitability
• Improve asset profitability
• Assume a full responsibility of day-to-day operational decisions
• Suggest expenses control plans, policies, and procedures and monitor their implementation
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of all reports and data required by the BOD
• Ensure opportunities to raise the business performance repudiation, are identified and fully capitalized on
• Establish and periodically analyze Key Performance Indicators and continually monitor performance against the agreed targets
• Ensure continuous development and improvement of business processes to ensure optimal use of available resources
• Ensure the implementation of policies, procedures and internal controls as set out by the Corporate
• Provide leadership and inspiration to staff, ensuring employees take pride in meeting and surpassing individual and departmental objectives
• Monitor market trend and changes as well as competitors in the market, and recommends proactive and corrective actions to mitigate risks associated with external threats
• Market company image to the local and regional business community as a professional dealer in the automotive sector

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• 10 years experience in a managerial position
• At least 5 years in a GM role in the car/ automotive sector
• A preference given to candidates with current experience internationally and in the Middle East
• Open to Arabic & Western/ EU applicants
• Fluent English communication skills

BENEFITS

• Salary should be used as a guide only and will depend on experience levels and interview performance
• As a guide, up to 50-60k SAR per month ($160k - $190k USD per annum) salary

Job Purpose

Obtain client agreement on proposed business solutions including end to end process overviews
Complete Solution Design Document for business areas as defined in work package

Write Business Solution Document clearly outlining the business requirement and proposed business solution, if and when needed, and ensure that the off shore Consultants have a clear understanding of these specifications.
Ensure completion of TAABS data collection through the Business Process Analysis phase of the project
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where required from a continuity perspective on projects
Liaise with the TEMENOS maintenance groups to ensure that the product problems identified are understood and resolved.
Participate to the review of client organization, processes and workflows and contribute to the proposal of a ‘post-picture’ to maximize the benefit from TEMENOS products.
Make recommendations on industry standard banking practices and alert the project manager/supervisor on practices that might damage the client’s business or contradict legal requirements, before recognition as a problem by the client.

Regional Project Management Office Administrator Job - Temenos

-In charge of all of the Client Services related activities for a designated region or sub region. The role focuses on clients’ project implementation management administration, regional invoicing and billing management, and participates in establishing client’s contractual documentation. Additional activities of the Project Office Management Administrator are resource planning and taking care of data and reporting for project utility reports and project dashboard.
-Provide administrative/technical support at senior level. Work is performed within established procedures with incumbents proficient in relevant tasks and duties. Can act a mentor to a more junior administrators.
-Manage the project office and perform reception duties, provide general assistance to Resources and Project Office Manager, Account Managers and senior management, including, but not limited to, information about features of contracts, drafting of tables and relevant correspondence, time sheets, expenses, travel & accommodation booking, meetings, agenda, etc.
