الوصف الوظيفي

  1. To communicate with customers in properly distributing correspondence, company literature, collecting and depositing cheques. etc.
  2. To maintain customer data base for inquiries that do not fall in STC Production range and to compile a marketing report on a regular basis.
  3. To assist with customer-service personnel, product availability and quality assurance related issues
  4. To process expense reports
  5. To process export invoices and other related documents ( certificate of origin )
  6. To supervise and maintain extensive filling system in the sales department
  7. Provide full administrative support to the Sales Engineer / Sales Support Engineers
  8. To assist out of the city customers with travel, hotel, transport arrangements and properly liaison with them on behalf of Sales Department.
  9. To serve as alternate for the dispatcher and secretaries during vacation period.


المهارات

  • 1. Ability to understand and disseminate the technical information
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office
  • Diploma in Engineering or Bachelors Degree in Engineering Discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management with particular emphasis on transformers.
