Sales Director

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our real estate team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of real estate agents, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate agents
• Set sales targets and ensure team members meet or exceed goals
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
• Stay informed about market trends, developments, and regulations affecting the real estate industry
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve sales skills
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
