Your Opportunity  

We are currently bidding for a prestigious new project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and we are looking for a Senior Asset Management Syestem (AMS)Technician who will support the Senior AMS Management Specialist in implementing asset management best practices to the client’s portfolio.

The purpose of the project under this contract is to provide consulting and management support to a Ministry in KSA with the necessary tools to manage and maintain assets and facilities, through improving activities to meet service requirements, developing business strategies that ensure reducing costs of the life cycle of assets, and improving practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness. It includes but not limited to long-term management of assets, facilities, resources and services to improve performance, reduce costs and manage the life cycle. In brief, the scope is for the provision of consulting, technical, management and administrative support for facilities and asset management works.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in asset management systems
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The hiring for this position is subject to contract award.

Key Accountabilities

• Support the maintenance and upkeep of asset management systems, including software, hardware, and databases.
• Perform routine system checks, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
• Manage asset data within the system, including asset inventory, specifications, maintenance records, and depreciation schedules.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through regular audits and reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize asset management processes and system functionalities.
• Support the Senior AMS Management Specialist to implement enhancements and improvements to the system.
• Generate and analyze reports on asset performance, utilization, and lifecycle costs.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Support the Senior AMS Management Specialist of compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to asset management.
• Support the Senior AMS Management Specialist to implement controls and procedures to mitigate risks associated with asset management activities
• Responsible for minimizing system downtime and disruptions to operation

Specific Requirements

• 7 years minimum experience in AMS Management
• Practical experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in quality services and studies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
