Gathers functional and technical requirements for integration solutions, supporting the development, configuration, testing, and release of integration solutions, and for providing ongoing support for integration solutions. Helps to create seamless data flow between the different applications, which enables the KFSH&RC organizations to get the data they need to carry out operations in a quicker and more efficient manner.
1.Supports the Integration Specialist by gathering functional and technical requirements.
2.Supports the Integration Specialist by implementing integration requirements gathered in the appropriate point-to-point or middleware application to obtain seamless operation from heterogeneous systems.
3.Supports the Integration Engineer by performing unit, functional, and performance testing to ensure that that the solution meets requirements and IT standards.
4.Creates test plans and run tests to find errors and to confirm integrations meet specifications.
5.Designs and code special programs required for system integration and maintenance.
6.Ensures that any new software integration into KFSH&RC systems meets functional and technical requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.
7.Works with the Information Security & Disaster Recovery Department to identify and install security measures.
8.Diagnoses and review system problems and implement corrective action.
9.Provides Level 3 maintenance and support for events escalated by the Informatics Systems Operations Department.
10.Provides problem management support as part of the problem management process.
11.Follows prescribed system safety and security procedures of computing environment.
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required.
Three (3) years of related experience with Master’s Degree, or five (5) years of related experience with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
