As a Senior Interior Design Architect you will be responsible for leading the design process and ensuring the quality and accuracy of design deliverables. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to develop innovative and functional interior solutions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of interior design principles, exceptional design skills, and the ability to provide detailed reviews and guidance to ensure design excellence.Responsibilities Lead the design process for interior projects, overseeing concept development, space planning, material selection, and overall design direction.Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and design preferences. Conduct thorough reviews of design deliverables, including drawings, renderings, specifications, and material selections. Ensure design integrity, accuracy, and compliance with project objectives, building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other design professionals to ensure seamless integration between interior design and overall architectural design. Foster effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, technologies, and best practices in interior design.Oversee the design process and ensure timely completion of design deliverables. Collaborate with project managers to establish project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and address any design-related challenges or issues that may arise.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.13 years experience as an Interior Design Architect or a similar role in GCC.Extensive experience in hospitality and branded residence projects.Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and a track record of successful projects.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.Deep knowledge of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and construction techniques.Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Strong attention to detail and ability to provide thorough design reviews and guidance.Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Professional certifications or affiliations (e.g., NCIDQ, LEED) are a plus.
