As a Senior Marketing and Communication Specialist, you will join our boutique management consulting company and take a leading role in elevating our brand visibility and promoting our services. Working collaboratively with vendors/partners, the business development team, and company leaders, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience in the targeted sector. Your creativity and exceptional communication skills will be essential in crafting compelling content and managing communication channels to engage our clients effectively.


Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy and Planning:


  1. Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies in close collaboration with vendors/partners, the business development team, and company leaders.
  2. Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into the needs and challenges of our clients, informing impactful marketing strategies and messaging.
  3. Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, effectively reaching key decision-makers in the targeted sector.
  4. Continuously monitor marketing performance metrics, adapt strategies as needed, and provide regular reports to leadership.

Communication and Content Management:


  1. Create a tailored content strategy that showcases our expertise and successful projects, in partnership with service providers and the company's consulting team.
  2. Manage and optimize communication channels, including the company website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
  3. Craft engaging and persuasive content for marketing materials, press releases, blogs, and other communication channels.
  4. Coordinate content production with internal subject matter experts, designers, and external contributors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  5. Maintain consistent brand messaging and tone across all communication platforms, reflecting our unique value proposition.
  6. Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase organic visibility.

Social Media and Website Management:


  1. Cultivate and maintain an impactful social media presence, ensuring timely and relevant content sharing with the targeted sector audience.
  2. Devise and implement social media campaigns that raise awareness and foster engagement within the target market.
  3. Monitor social media trends and conversations related to the targeted sector, providing valuable insights for content creation and engagement opportunities.
  4. Oversee website content updates to ensure effective communication of our services and solutions to the targeted sector.
  5. Analyze website traffic and user behavior, making data-driven improvements to enhance user experience and generate leads.
  6. Collaborate with web developers to implement necessary changes and ensure a seamless online experience.

Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders:


  1. Engage closely with consultants and subject matter experts to gather insights and knowledge for marketing content.
  2. Collaborate with the business development team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and the specific needs of the targeted sector market.
  3. Provide support and assistance to various teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.


- Proven experience in marketing, public relations, content management, and social media management roles, ideally within the targeted sector or relevant industries.


- Strong understanding of the dynamics, needs, and challenges of the Saudi Arabian targeted sector.


- Proficiency in using marketing tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Arabic.


- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing approaches.


- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.


- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.


- Previous experience collaborating with vendors/partners, the business development team, and company leaders is a plus.


- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
