Site Engineer

A leading construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience, specifically in landscape projects. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and manage landscape construction projects from start to finish
2. Ensure compliance with landscape design plans, specifications, and industry standards
3. Prepare and submit detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
4. Monitor and control project costs and expenses
5. Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
6. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing according to plans and specifications
7. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
8. Collaborate with landscape architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
10. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in landscape construction
3. Proven track record of successfully completing landscape projects on time and within budget
4. Strong knowledge of landscape design plans, specifications, and industry standards
5. Excellent project management and organizational skills
6. Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans and specifications
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
9. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
10. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other landscape design software
