Spare Parts Supervisor
Job Description
Inventory Management: Maintain a comprehensive inventory of spare parts and accessories required for supporting the SLA. Keep track of stock level, reorder the lead times to ensure that quantities of spare parts are available at all times. Fill the MMC's stock with enough spare parts needed for the SLA. Update HP portal with daily used spare parts in order to cover the used parts. Warranty and Returns, Handle warranty claims, returns, and exchanges for defective or faulty spare parts. Process RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of spare parts inventory, transactions, and performance metrics. Forecasting and Planning: Analyze usage, demand, and historical data to forecast spare parts requirements and anticipate future needs. Follow The client Security standards and safety rules.

• Education: diploma in computer hardware or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics.
