JASARA PMC, a renowned name in the civil engineering industry, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Stakeholder Coordinator to join their team. As a Stakeholder Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the management of stakeholder relationships and ensuring effective communication between JASARA PMC and its stakeholders. You will assist in identifying and engaging with key stakeholders, coordinating stakeholder meetings and events, and facilitating the exchange of information between internal teams and stakeholders. JASARA PMC is committed to delivering exceptional projects that contribute to the development and growth of Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and mapping key stakeholders for JASARA PMC projects. Coordinate and support stakeholder meetings, workshops, and events. Facilitate effective communication and information flow between internal teams and stakeholders. Maintain accurate and updated stakeholder contact lists and databases. Track and report on stakeholder engagement activities and outcomes. Respond to stakeholder inquiries and provide relevant information or escalate issues as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address stakeholder concerns and incorporate feedback into project plans. Assist in the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. Preference will be given to Saudi National. 10 years of experience in stakeholder management, public relations, or a similar role. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of stakeholder engagement principles and practices is desired.* Fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
