Stretching Service Facilitator



The Stretching Service Facilitator executes exemplary stretching
techniques to guests in accordance to Four Seasons Standards with
the highest degree of standards awareness and professionalism.

Duties and Responsibilities



Is directly responsible for the day to day key processes in his/her area of work. Assumes training responsibilities when required; demonstrates a high degree of standards awareness; promotes teamwork and acts as role model. Attends all scheduled training sessions. Actively offers operational, employee and customer (internal and external) related feedback to management. Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers; lives the Golden Rule. Provides professional stretching services in a sensitive and personalized manner and following company standards and procedures; Determines guest needs and preferences by asking pertinent questions Possesses a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills; intuitively. Recommends and effectively up sells treatments, packages and retail items in a sensitive and personalized manner. Handles guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; meticulously respects guest needs for privacy, takes ownership of guest concerns and requests and acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction when glitches occur. Has a thorough understanding of all services including benefits, indications & contraindications for each of the services Sets-up and maintains Gym and Stretching rooms in an immaculate manner; maintains stocks of operating and guest supplies in the work areas. Adheres to the hotel's code of conduct and grooming & hygiene standards. Is seen as working hands-on, assists colleagues in crunch times; Walks the talk. Actively participates in briefings and meetings Maintains a clean and orderly work area and promotes a safe working environment Performs any additional duties as assigned. Is proficient in the use of the reservations software. Reads and update the daily log. Identifies and reports facility maintenance issues and equipment related problems immediately to manager.

Qualifications and Experience



Licensed massage therapist, holistic health practitioner. Two to three years of relevant experience in the Spa industry. Possessing CIBTEC and or CIDESCO certification or Physiotherapy Degree is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills



Strong inter-personal and communication skills A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent understanding of operating standards Report writing skills Proficiency in English, multilingual is preferred Working conditions Will be doing random 15-minute stretching sessions per day. Will be assisting colleagues in doing reception duties and shifts.
