JASARA PMC is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Steel Manager to join our team. As a Structural Steel Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the fabrication, erection, and quality control of structural steel projects. You will collaborate with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of structural steel projects that meet design specifications, quality standards, and adhere to timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities
Oversee the fabrication and erection of structural steel projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to develop fabrication and erection plans. Review and approve shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and other project-related documents. Monitor and inspect the quality of structural steel materials, welding, and assembly processes. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and quality control procedures. Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies to conduct inspections and tests. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and contractors regarding structural steel fabrication and erection processes. Manage resources, budgets, and timelines for structural steel projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural steel fabrication and erection, with at least 5 years in a management role. Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection processes, codes, and industry standards. Experience in managing the fabrication and erection of large-scale structural steel projects. Proficiency in interpreting project plans, specifications, and shop drawings. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams and contractors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Experience working on social infrastructure projects is preferred.* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
