• Responsible for tax compliance and reporting processes across the group legal entities in the region "Middle East" (especially Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Lebanon, Pakistan) for all areas of taxes
• Manage the relationship with the authorities and other relevant government agencies as well as external consultants & advisors
• Manage tax audits and be responsible for tax controversy in the country
• Support business by providing and coordinating high quality hands-on guidance especially to the accounting and controlling team.
• Preparation of respective tax returns and coordination of tax payments (if necessary)
• Preparation of tax related internal reports (if necessary)
• A bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or any related essential fields.
• +7 years’ experience in direct taxes, i.e. corporate income tax, withholding tax, to ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of the tax returns through proper supervision and review.
• Good understanding of transfer pricing, experience in TP reporting.
• Sustaining good level of communication with local Tax Office and third-party advisors.
• Willing to work in tax operations and give support in developing compliance control systems under the supervision of the tax governance team.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
