Job Description

Delivery lead of the clients Digital Factory in the Oil and Gas industry. End to end responsible for the delivery and quality if a Digital Factory responsible for the identification of digital use cases, their impact assessment, estimation, planning and implementation.

Responsibilities

• As a Senior-Level Technology Delivery Lead with expertise in Delivery Excellence, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of technology solutions of the Digital Factory.
• Your day-to-day activities will include managing incoming demand from the business (use cases), assessing their impact, and sizing the effort, qualifying their value with the client and implementing according to project timelines, ensuring quality delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Lead the delivery of the Digital Factory, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to project plans.
• Provide expert guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures and maintain client satisfaction.

To land this role, you should have:

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience managing multiple technology projects & programs.
• Experience in delivering complex Digital and IT engagements in the Middle East region, preferably for clients in the Energy Sector.
• Must be a person with a strong combination of experience in delivery excellence but also client management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong presentation skills to different audiences including Senior leadership and executives.
• Knowledge of and experience working with development teams.
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
• Ability to aggregate and present technical data at a program level and communicate to non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile expert and experience in increasing and transforming the maturity, productivity and quality of teams.
• Knowledge about industry best practices, frameworks and tools used in agile program management.

Education

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant subject areas such as Information Technology.
