Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective training programs for dealers and their sales, service and after-sales teams.(Mainly focus on product training for Dealer’s Sales Team)
• Provide training in products, sales, customer service and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing and customer service departments to ensure alignment of brand messages and strategies.
• Continually evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust them as necessary.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the automotive industry to incorporate them into training.
• Provide assistance and support to grantees in the implementation of standards and procedures.
• Conduct compliance audits and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in the creation of training materials, manuals and reference resources.
• Collaborate in the development of marketing and branding strategies together with dealers.
• Make regular visits to dealerships to evaluate their performance and provide additional guidance.
• Other support related to network development.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above;
• Professional experience: more than 2 years of work experience in network development and training in the automobile sector.
• Strong communication, coordination, planning and execution ability.
• Good at relationship establishment and maintenance.
• Strong ability to work under pressure, daring to innovate and breakthrough.
• Flexibility to travel throughout the country.
• Language requirement: English & Arabic
