About the job Training Coordinator-Saudi Nationals

1. Assists Training Center Coordinator in all operations, clerical and administrative tasks and steps in to replace and work in shifts when needed.


2. Ensures tidiness, cleanliness and preparations of the Training Center rooms and work stations/trolleys, mirrors prior to trainings. Assists in cleaning up and sanitizing/disinfecting brushes/combs/tweezers/scissors, basins, counter-tops etc., in all treatment rooms for trainings.


Maintain a clean and spotless washing room and toilet. Helps housekeeper in setting, preparing and cleaning up treatment rooms.


3. Assists Trainers in their trainings, such as washing bowls, shampooing & rinsing hair, keeping training area in order during trainings, bins not overflowing, towels at hand, products at hand.etc. for quick and effective training experience.


4. Handles technical center cleanliness, hygiene, washing rooms cleanliness, Technical Center towels, technical center displays, product stocking, and product orders


5. In the absence of the Training Center Coordinator, assists in calendar bookings both in TC and in Salons, and confirms training and demos to Client.


6. In the absence of the Training Center Coordinator, assists in submitting weekly reports on training and activities to Sales& Education Coordinator-Dubai


7. Assists in Conducting Inventory &monitoring shelf life of products for the Technical Center


8. Always maintains all assigned training assets in effective shape.


9. Assists in handling, transmittal and withdrawal forms of Staff borrowing items from training center


10. Assists in the follow up on orders and deliveries for the technical center.


11. Supports other teams with various administrative tasks, such as typing & printing, binding hard copies and manuals, preparing clean towels, name tags for attendees, stationary etc.


12. In the absence of the Training Center Coordinator, follows and keeps track of staff absence and presence. Communicates those with Sales & Education Coordinator in Head Office and direct managers.


13. Assists Training Center Coordinator in ordering, purchasing and organizing coffee breaks and daily snacks for clients, ordering meals when needed.


14. In the absence of the Training Center Coordinator, keeps records, documentation, bookkeeping and a consistent filing system


15. Helps with organizing and planning events (such as special launches and workshops)


16. Assists in communicating with salons/clients thru phone call or text message to confirm their scheduled training a day before their schedule


17. Assists in resolving issues and conflicts as they arise, and reports these to Direct Managers if serious.


18. In the absence of Training Center Coordinator, assists in generating a weekly report for all the Trainings/Demo conducted (inside or outside Training Center) when needed.


19. Assists in collecting trainee feedback forms from trainers after every training
20. Adheres to a professional black/white dress code and wears name tag if applicable.
21. Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the direct manager.
