Treasury Manager - Riyadh

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

In this role you will be leading and managing the Treasury function for MBC Group across various countries.

Strategy and Governance

• Develop Treasury strategies.
• Define and recommend the objectives and policies, for all treasury activities.
• Provide timely input into the group’s financial strategy and operational plans within the Finance Department.
• Periodically (at least annually) review treasury policies and propose amendments as applicable.

Planning and Budgeting

• Define budget requirements of the Treasury function, and accordingly participate in the development of the budget of the Finance Department.
• Ensure there is visibility of cash across the group.

Funding, Liquidity and Cash Management

• Identify funding requirements, negotiate terms, manage funding and capital structure.
• Ensure there is visibility of cash across the group, and cash forecasts and working capital requirements are prepared with a degree of accuracy consistent with the nature of the business and industry peers.
• Review and optimize bank account structures.
• Ensure there is sufficient and accessible liquidity to meet financial obligations in a timely and cost effective manner.

Financial Risk Management

• Propose financial risk management strategies and implement approved strategies. 
• Monitor market risks and manage financial risks (e.g. interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk).

Requirements

• Minimum of 10-15 years relevant experience. 
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or relevant field, MBA or professional qualification in Finance and Accounting (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA). 
• Professional Treasury Qualification (AMCT, CTP). 
• Profound experience of Oracle Fusion. 
• Extensive experience of team management. 
• Strong stakeholder management.
