Increase revenue by acquiring new clients. Collaborate with the Regional Head to develop a comprehensive sales strategy for the region, utilizing a combination of offerings, partnerships, and relationships.
Foster close partnerships with both internal and external lead generation teams to identify and qualify potential targets. Identify key decision-makers within target accounts across multiple departments and establish relationships with buyers in Technology, Business, Operations, Sourcing/Procurement, and Vendor Management.
Coordinate with solution teams to deliver impressive product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and proposals. Collaborate with enabler teams to create mutually beneficial Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW).
Take responsibility for initial client commitments and expand the company's presence within the client's organization.
Represent the company at various networking events to establish connections with potential customers.
Minimum Requirement
You should have been part of new client acquisition teams in your last two roles in IT service organizations.
Must have worked with an Indian service provider company
Must understand business and the sales dynamics, an MBA is desirable
