What is your personal view when you hear of6-digit and sometimes7-digit packages for senior/CxO positions ?? Is this fair ?? or just too much ??
Will, if his/er acts' return on investments is twice this figure above average return, then why not? This is a win-win situation and all will be happy.
This is of cures with assumption that all his/er acts are “CSR” and clear, fair and justifiable ethical standards are implemented.
