Which of these working forms would you prefer? Alone or team working?

I primerly prefer working in team as team work creates synergy and ensures success in achieving desired results.
However, it does not mean that individual work can not function totally.

Team working eventually makes you Supervisor, Team leader, Manager, CEO or Boss so to speak.

At first you may be a team member, and as you improve yourself, you might be the leader.

As I enjoy working as a Manager or Leader, I like team working.

There are jobs that are performed being alone like designing, painting , writing etc., and it depends upon what  a person enjoys to do.

Best results come from "Team Work:

This is an epic question and  everyone know what's the conclusive answer to expect at the end of the thread. But for me I prefer to be ALONE specially when writing stories where no teamwork effort is needed. The question is subjective ...generally TEAMWORK comes the best!
