New educational system

on one side we are crying to reduce the size of school bags. reduce no of books etc on other side the syllabus is getting more and more complicated.specially for the small students. e.g. project work in grade3 or4.most of the time these students are not able to pronounce the word project properly.so what is the aim of new educational system to reduce the physical load and increase the metal load?What this system is? What will be the future of these students.is it possible for every parent to handle this situation?Mostly parents are not much qualified.they themselves are not able to understand what the child has to do?
