Rewarding system is more flexible system than the, old fasioned, Compensation & Benefits. It links the C&B to the performance managment system in place. Sometimes, you would hear "Pay for Performance". Not all rewards are financial, it depends on the company's rewards system.

Not all companies apply it. Yet, it is a applied for sure all sucessful businesses. As this will maintain workforce alignment with the company vision, mission, and strategy

Companies’ main object is to utilize their manpower for the completion of their contracted projects. This job completion brings direct financial benefits to the company owner or partners. During the process of project work their employees putting extra efforts to finish the work within scheduled time. Good Companies management decides about the financial rewards for employee. This reward decision and payment system depends on the choice of company owner and top management that's why many companies are not following this system to appreciate and award salary increment or bonuses through yearly basis. They consider it financial loss, so to maximize their profit they not only hold the payable salaries for2,3 or4 months but also not paying bonuses and increment. The labor department award service at the end of service is applicable for all companies like all over the world and employees are paid by the end of service. Now in Saudi Arabia labor ministry force companies to increase the basic salaries of employee and show it in the documents like bank statement and salary slips before applying for renewal of their licenses , applying for new contracts , demands for payment of their payable bill from government departments. This is best practice to be followed in every company to appreciate and encourage their workers. These reward must be also in the shape of appreciation letters, certificates and with combine payment for one or two month salaries. A combine effort of owner, top management, managers and workers completes many difficult and complex projects. It’s a team work and financial benefits are the worker right to feed his family in this hard and expensive period.

Rewarding system is a kind of compliment or appreciation given or rewarded to any individual employee who performed well in their assigned jobs. There are some companies who used this system because this gives a motivation to any individual to perform their job well.
