I think this question is very important , becuase many engineers who are my collegues and they are lecturers for years, some of them are working abroad but one thing is common among them , that is, they do not think over their involvements in innovation in the field of their own ,rather they wanted to complete their service with a decent service record(that is too very fine)but the question remains what they got from all their services and experience, in my view they must have contributed to the field of engineering some thing advanced or any decent innovative technique, that would absolutely would be a achievement of their profession

Learning is the Prime Objective, I want to learn something everyday. I believe learning more & more will ultimately pave the way forward for me. I will reach somewhere, I have to be tommorrow.
