Their unique personalities include creative thinking / objection handling with clients. Their entire functions are profit centers in organisation..

Coming to other functions they are all support functions in organizing for organisational betterment..

• A vision creator.
• Understands their market and customers.
• Understands the fundamentals of branding, marketing and advertising.
• Stamina to work for long hours and meet deadlines.

 

SALES / MARKETING & BD is equally importantand to their inputs to the organisation and on that basis hierarchy or senior act or give thier verdicts as pet experience......

This can not be the same person . A sales manager is a profile , a marketing manager is another profile , a business development manager is another profile . These3 functions demand very very different talents .
