Ya. Its a very nice thing to improve bonding between employees. Feel at favorite place. Improve productivity. Simple games like caroms, chess etc or a room to take a small nap is also nice.

I can say that some organizations, in United States, have this kind of facilities and allow a flexabile schedule which can improve the employees morale. But creating this kind of facilities need a big budget and thats why most of the organizations do not care about this idea.

Yes. I agree. Many organizations have recreational places like TV/movie room, indoor games for their employees to relax themselves.
