How you will deal with uneducated person asks you to fund his business opening, as you are business start-up manager?

If someone asked me to help them build a startup but they seemed uneducated, I would ask them to bring on a partners or many partners that are capable of running the business. The more you can spread out the risk and enhance the amount of skillets necessary, the safer the startup might become.
