1. Requirements Definition/Clarification. Crystal clear definition and agreement of Deliverables.

2. Stakeholder Definition e.g. Project Manager and Team, UAT Acceptance, Resource Provision, Budget and Approvals, Variations, Designated Communicator

3. RACI on All Stake holders, If possible, detailed Roles and Responsibilities

4. Financial Constraints clarification

5. Time Constraints clarification, Phase definition

6. Project Plan and Project Management Plan, Resource Plan

7. Work Package assignment mechanism and reporting

8. Procurement and Long Lead limitations

9. Communication Plan, RACI

10. Closer roles and responsibilities, Expectation management throughout the course

1) Interpersonal Skill

2) Techno-commercial abilities

3) Ethics

4) Ability to develop and manage the team.3 M's are important and driving factor for success of project. Manpower, Material and Money.

5) Ability to make realistic plan in line with stakeholders expectations and project requirement. Further more, keeping track and on record of every event for preventive and corrective action

6) Implementation of Communication Management plan

7)3 E's -- Environment at site, Education of the team members and Experience of the leader makes the teams attitude positive towards the project and hence achieve the strategic goal

8) Conflict management skill

9) Be Fearless: You must be willing to take risks and stick your neck out there. Build a team you trust, and drive toward the sun. Mistakes occur in every situation, in every environment, and under the leadership of everyone on the planet. Learn from those mistakes and move on.

10) Be Accountable, clear, compassionate, humble, passionate and the list goes on......

In accordance to me every activity is priority for PM if you miss one activity the next day will be add on on your table to attend Activity= n+1 and so on .......however if you can list10activities the sequence can be given by me where the priority word will be justified..........!
