In my humble opinion the word stress can never be removed from work even with the best boss in the world and best work. What will happen is that the level of stress may decrease but not be eliminated.

Actually When the employees are happy with what the boss does, understand his or her challenges and participate actively in solving the problems, the boss will have less stress. This will probably be because the boss trusts the employees more and delegates more tasks to them. Hence the work pressure will decrease,
stress will finish after long term positive friendly culture.

A good working relationship should be maintained between the boss and employee. It will decrease the stress. But will never eliminate the stress. Tensions / stress are part of corporate life. There will be sometime or the other you will face stress related to your work. But all that matters is when your boss understand you and the kind of work which you do. You might be overloaded or might be engaged in multi tasking. If your Boss is good then you can decrease the work stress.
