ERP Implementation is replacing traditional method of manual method of  functional work in a organization with Software which is integrated . It has built in facility of drill down of transaction from transaction entry till Trading , Profit and loss , balance sheet effet.

It has built in reports which can be used for day today functining in orgazations. various ERPS has normall sales and distribution , Human resource , Payroll , Accounting , Finance , Manufacturing , CRM modules.

IMPLEMENTATION OF ERP:

Employing and adapting all the ERP  Database modules,  owned by an organization, in such an adequate & appropriate way by which one can get the accurate results of all resources put in process.  

In simple words, ERP Implementation is teaching how to wear a readymade shirt & if the user wants some alterations later then incorporate them during customization phase
