Tarek, the answer is ALL3 codes you mentioned are used. For example I been in Doha for7 years, worked at 2 companies. In my first job we dealt with most subcontractors in Doha, we stocked raw material conforming to both ASTM and BS as they were both equally in demand. Projects designs are done by either American, or British euro designers and follow the codes they select. My background is30 years at USA, therefore that is all I was familiar with, but when I came to Doha, I had to bye copies of, and learn the others.
Do not forget in each country you have to follow the local code (as I did in Qatar) which makes lotta referenced to the above referenced code.
