<p>at western country they ask about the years of experience and the expecting salary straight , no left and no right ,, other wise it will be consider as discremination and abuse so why99% of employersat here and other arab site they dont tell how much the salary will be ... so the applyer will know if he will take it or not ?</p>
Yes this is very good point & any employee should check the level of the job before applying since the level given good indicates about the salary as well as the responsibilities
Oh >>>> yes this right point in arab countries the new employees don't know how much the salary will be...and in the arab site companies declaration, they have written all the terms except the salary rate it leave it a blank field.
