If you made a poor financial decision that caused a financial loss how would you react? compared to someone who has lost the company its reputation?

Yes Agreed, I would train the person making the mistake and forgive him. But a person who loses the Company's  reputation I would be ruthless.

I will try to find out what was the main cause of financial loss and than i will try to improve company's income.
