Why is it a nice feeling when you have a diamond rank?

Shows how well you are in the field, the level of understanding and knowledge in that area.

Thanks to all, I have learned so much here especially from our diamond rankers...

YES IT FEELS GOOD .................... RECOGNITION ALWAYS MAKES ONE HAPPY.......... 

It is actually shows me where my strength lies... Thought I am more into Administrative, Purchasing and AutoCAD ... but it shows me where I am really should focus to in which professional field I should go.

I been told before I would make a good Project Manager by one of our Lead Engineers...

I also have been told I am not suited for customer service ... but I guess they are wrong ... (perhaps not suited for a call center job)

I still know AutoCAD and not to bad in Purchasing...

The point is I can answer the question most the time correct and at times a little research 

You feel very nice because of being a one of the best performer within all the valuable participants who are contributing in  your scores and ranks spontaneously and you should also feel grateful to them who are acting like well wishers with very much friendly attitude giving positive votes.

Yeah absolutely , I'm still in dream for my five diamonds !

It is similar to 'Achieving your Targets' what you derive out of it --- It's a satisfaction of your efforts you put in.

It also means you would clarify many individuals, doubts, questions along with you too are going to update your skill-set by knowing new things, learning how different professionals understand or elaborate their thinking in words... If planned it is useful to your career.

Learning should never stop. This is one of the platform to do not just that but also to share 'What you know', may be it will be useful for somebody too ...
