the relationship between human resources management and other departments in the organization :
1- Advisory relationship Because they offer suggestions and advice to top management on human resource policies ..And offers advice to other departments to treat certain problems, such as ...Absence ..The latter ..Weak performance
2- Service relationship It serves other departments in recruiting people who have the skills and competencies
3- Follow-up and monitor the relationship Because they are constantly follow up the application of policies and programs for human resources management in the organization

Counseling, problem solving, counseling and employment polarization and other departments in order to implement strategies organization

Establish , direct, administer and coordinate the overall HR PROGRAMS for all the departments of the company.
Strategically plan for, develop and efficiently/effectively operate the services and capabilities of the company , in alignment with the corporate objectives / strategies.
These activities include -studying economic indicators -tracking changes in supply and demand of labor -identifying departments and their current and future needs -monitoring the HR performance.

HR Management - is a bridge between Employer and Employees.

Think of a sandwich-- first there is a slice of bread, then there is a filling and then another slice of bread encasing the filling. HR department is the filling--it is the link with the top slice of the bread which is the Management of the company & the bottom slice of the bread which are the other departments of the company. The process formulated by the HR are vetoed by the management which are then communicate across by HR to the rest of the departments of the company.
