the relationship between human resources management and other departments in the organization :
1- Advisory relationship Because they offer suggestions and advice to top management on human resource policies ..And offers advice to other departments to treat certain problems, such as ...Absence ..The latter ..Weak performance
2- Service relationship It serves other departments in recruiting people who have the skills and competencies
3- Follow-up and monitor the relationship Because they are constantly follow up the application of policies and programs for human resources management in the organization

HR is the Orchestrate of the organisation; It is only the HR that can link all organisations together to be aligned to the organisational objectives.
HR strategies, Personnel policies, selection & recruitment of right employees, training and development of the resources; all these set steer all departments to the right directions and if not functioning well, you will expect the presence of ill psychological states like high turning over, absenteeism & low performance.
Such ill behaviour have direct implications on the organisational success and profitability.

Human Resources Management is the Team leader and play maker for the whole departments in the Company .

Amira, HRM or HRD is a GATEWAY through which entire personnel make to-n-fro journey, during their career in the organization. 
As such, the relationship is perennial, during the currency of the career HRD facilitates important activities like Preparing Job Description Recruitment Sourcing   Conducting Preliminary & Final interviews Compensation Negotiation Appointment > Training > Induction  Periodical Appraisal > Promotion  Redress any disputes ........etc  

HR is the only department that is required to work with every other department in the organization.
Its work does not only require sourcing relevant candidates but also retaining them.

Human Resources Management Department is the core of success to any company - considering other aspects related to other departments of course- As it's obliged to provide the right employer to the right place at the right time.
Then comes another important role which is training and preparing qualified candidates to the company by going through a chain of training Courses to get the fresh employees familiar to the company & help them Progress faster & faster.
So if the H.R Department isn't as strong as it should be, Then the company may hire people with different job specifications than the ones needed by the other department, beside the loss of competence between other competitors that can take advantage of the misplacement of employees.
