Theoretically, no FDT can exceed100%, unless, during the spreading of the backfill materials, more bigger particles were gathered in the same place and the location of the test was in that particular location,so, you will gather bigger materials that will result to heavier weight as compared to the proctor. So, you will get higher FDT(100%). Moreover, your moisture content is important to get a good FDT, you need optimum moisture(somewhere7% to8% water content) of the soil to get good fdt,say99% to100%.

If you get101% or102 % FDT, it  can be accepted, but if, you get104% or above, you need a retest, something wrong. it needs some investigation.

should be accepted compaction result even its more than100%.

I agree with Mr. Yousef Aquino. Results of 101% can be accepted. Materials being tested with higher than 100% is indicating that these are not exactly the same as that material tested at the laboratory (for proctor value and property test). These materials is sometimes mixed with other materials during spreading.

Yes it should be accepted.

We measure field density in comparison to Laboratory density. So sometimes field density may be more than100% of Laboratory density. Yes, it is accepted.

Soil compaction depends mainly on the degree of compaction and the amount of water present for lubrication. Normally2.5kg rammers and4.5kg rammers are available for compaction in laboratories and the maximum dry densities produced by these rammers cover the range of dry density obtained by in-situ compaction plant.

Yes it should be accepted.
