Yes, I do share .. my needs are in Project Management, Purchasing and in Engineering ... I strive to learn more about any field or keep up to date in these fields.. and I have no problems sharing what I have seen in previous jobs and how problems where solved.
Languages... I love to learn new languages and most of you have seen that I am in need to utilize the translator software which does not do a very good job in getting my onion across.

Most of my training needs, Project/Program Management, Cyber security, and Information Assurance have been done within last 5 years through a well organized and cost/time effectiveness self preparation plan which lead me to land into my current career.
I would share more the tools i use to find training needs than my training needs. Sharing one's training needs can only be accurate if we specify what industry we are in and what department within the company.
