§  Approve payment request, initiate change order, and instruct project team.

 §  Approval of material submittals in charge of ensuring inspections and casting structural concrete and architectural elements.

§  Approve site clarification requests.

§   Avise the Project Director if any financial, managerial and other resources are required for the project.

 

§  manage the project objectives, costs and progress and advise the Project Director of any changes to the project brief, budgets or program are necessary.
