Less or more is all comparative terms. If some one is earning Rs 100000 per month, we can not say whether this salary is less or more unless we know the following aspect
- In which industry he is working?
- What is his qualification?
- What is his age?
- At what level of hierarchy is he working?
-In wich function he is working?
- What is his role?
- From which institute he is qualified.
So there are so many aspect which govern your salary package.
Better you analyse the salary with respect to all such criteria then take a call whether you are drwaing less or more.
If you think that you have all required criteria still you are getting less then better you should look for change.
